Be a part of the Mah Jongg revival!

I grew up to the sounds of clattering Mah Jongg tiles and lots of laughter, as my grandmother, mother and aunts all played Mah Jongg.

I have taught Mah Jongg in ladies clubs, cafes and private homes throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.

My Mah Jongg classes will teach you the basics of playing American Mah Jongg, according to the National Mah Jongg League Guidelines. The focus will be on Mah Jongg tile recognition, strategy, rules, and lots of fun! Classes are small, with great attention to each person’s needs. I will also show you the basics of choosing a Mah Jongg set and have lots of show and tell.

I teach as fast as the person who needs me the most. I consider every error a prize, because your learning curve goes straight up. You will all be able to play Mah Jongg by the end of the session.
